I have a worcester greenstar 28 cdi boiler that is about 4 years old and when we got home today it was showing code EA 227.
I went to turn it off and on again and discovered a small amount of water underneath the boiler (a film about the size of a fiver).
I removed the control panel hoping it was a nut that needed nipping up or something but the water was coming from the sealed bit of the boiler so I gave up, put the control panel back on and turned it on again (it's working now).
I have boiler cover so was going to call them but is there anything that it is likely to be? My GF also said it sounded really noisy this morning.
I've attached a pic of where the water was coming through (around the cabling) and you can see some stains that look like water on the bottom of the white part of the case.
Edit: to add that I haven't lost any pressure
