Our Glow-worm Betacom 30 has started to leak from the diverter valve, the boiler is 7 years old and a replacement valve is £200. So the question is would you replace the diverter valve or replace the boiler?

Hmmm repair or replace??? repair will be cheaper, but will it be the best option??....No sorry Crystal Ball Malfunction!

Seem to be going through a lot cheaper than that one ebay.
Repair it.
Sure it's not sure an O ring or something? Rather than the whole valve.

Been told that rebuild kits are not available for the valve. So its a replace the valve or the whole boiler choice :D

Is this the same as the Heatline Vizo ?

im gonna guess its the earlier one given the age and the fact that the DV is so expensive. Its a rebranded hermann supermicra and the dv is an absolute s*d to change, easy 2-3hrs for the uninitiated
