Hi all

A friend has a bosch E-Nr. HBN435AGB/01 double oven. The lower door is wonky.

I did look at it, admittedly after a few pints. I removed the door, stripped it down, couldn't see anything obvious and put it back together. It was still wonky.

From what I remember... the external part of the mechanism locks on to a plate that is "glued" to the (inner face of the) outer skin of the door.

Here is a link to a hinge

I cannot see anyway of adjusting them though...

Hi,

The oven door to my Baumatic oven seems very similar. I have had to wrestle it into position after foolishly removing it for cleaning.
Unfortunately I don't have any tips to help, but I can say there are no adjustments.
There is probably a correct way to put it back, but I haven't got the "knack'!
Just make sure the hinges are fully extended against the springs, and the seals/guide holes etc. are free from dirt and grease.
...And then just persevere - save the alcohol for afterwards! :)

The only other problem, may be if the locating bars within the oven are damaged. But that seems quite unlikey.
