every time i put my shower on this button on my bisch worchester boiler pops up after a while and it goes cold. any ideas????????????

As is your description of the problem.
I am guessing here that your boiler is overheating on hot water demand.
But you haven't given nearly enough information to have a proper diagnosis!

when i open the top panel its the button right at the front of the heater
only heats well if tap is not open full
