Boxing

Apparently it was in the contract that AJ, like Tyson, wasn’t to hurt him in the early rounds and when he did that silly poking his tongue out, that was a sign that they were hurting him and to back off…..

Define "apparently".

It wasn't a boxing match, it was a showbiz event. Apparently it was in the contract that AJ, like Tyson, wasn’t to hurt him in the early rounds and when he did that silly poking his tongue out, that was a sign that they were hurting him and to back off…..
Exactly this. It was a joke as if a full punch from AJ landed on him it would knock him into next week.

Why? Too hard for you to look up the definition in a dictionary?

Here you go:

I'm not sure on that. He seems to be able to take a punch. But he has almost no boxing skills.

I think the gloves were lighter than usual. Not sure if that makes a difference.

EDIT: Just checked. The gloves were normal weight but lighter than the ones JP used when fighting Tyson.

He looked very much a weed next to AJ, AJ looked rather like me stood next to Pete at a party. You wouldn't side with Pete if an argument developed.

Fight, fight, fight.

I'll bid 75p for the televising rights.. My market research indicates an audience of 3 people will watch, I'll charge them 50p each and double my money.
