Anybody who lives in one of the occupied parts of Britain will be familiar with the phenomenon of Pakistanis buying up property. They simply shouldn't be allowed to do this... every building and piece of land they own effectively becomes an exclave of Pakistan. The more buildings they own in a town, and the more people they have on the council, the more the effect ratchets up.
