Just like Rotherham and the New Year's attacks in Cologne, the authorities will bend over backwards to cover it up and be lenient with the offenders. If the full extent of what is really going on is known by the public, then the authorities will find it harder to push their sinister agenda. It also shows that many already know - that trying to graft a conflicting foreign culture onto the native culture is doomed to failure.

As for having 'found safety' - how will he find safety if he's been attacked by the same people that he 'may' have been trying to flee from? And lets not forget that the attacked 'refugee' is more likely to be an economic migrant, who's fleeing a country where he is deprived of having the latest trainers and smart phone.

I rose to the bait of the op's emotive thread title. The intimation was that native Brits were attacking foreigners. In fact, it appears that foreigners are attacking other foreigners - so hardly a xenophobic attack. I realise this will be twisted by the usual suspects.

Johnny is right, for once. I take delight in the fact that longer established immigrants are often the most bigoted, misogynistic homophobes. Particularly the ones from a 'certain' religion. Yet the lefties cravenly overlook this fact and demonise white indigenous Brits.
