Breathing in dust, asbestos etc

It's the surveyors job to wear a mask. He seemed very confident before hand that there wouldn't be any asbestos in it, luckily it came back clear!

It's the surveyor's job to assess risk, and control it adequately.
I take it you didn't wear a mask, while standing at his shoulder and telling him how to do his job?

I wasn't present when the sample was taken, but I saw him just about the sample it when i went away, and seen no mask. Like i said though, there was no asbestos so no worries.
