We've had labour shortages for ages now. About 2 million job vacancies.
How can it happen? Well, we had people doing these jobs, and we kicked them out of the country.
What, at a fiver an hour. So you'd rather have foreigners earning a fiver an hour that a Brit on minimum wage? That says a lot about your attitude to the British worker. No wonder you voted to keep that setup. They've only got away with it because being ship workers those poor sods have no protection under U.K. employment law. Still, if it helps people get to the ski resorts a bit cheaper it's not all bad, is it?

Two problems:
The Brits that can and want to work, are already working.
The foreign labour that we have relied on for decades don't want to come here anymore.
Business are suffering a triple whammy now, or quadruple?
Staff shortages
Logistical problems
Increased energy costs
Increased taxes
And more red tape for those importing/exporting. Cinco!!

Shame that half the Brexit voters are on benefits and don't give a damn.
