BS EN 70309-2 outlet socket

Searched information about this BS but can't find a thing. I have the blue book (Requirements for Electrical installations IEE 16th edition), it is not there, and searching the internet is no better.

Best check out that BS EN number again Albert, that is not a listed number and therefore cannot be correct.

EDIT..that comment by me is likely cr*p. I just did a search on the BSi site for BS 7671 and it said it did not exist!!

I suppose they don't have the same stndards for their website as everything else

The funny (if it is funny) thing is that I took this BS EN 70309-2 from an official document by City & Guild, you are right this one does not exist, it should be BS 60309, this looks better isn't it?
