Recently introduced my father to the internet but he is being charged twice for his dialup calls - once by BT -his ISP and once by Virgin his landline account. Both insist it's the other's fault and as it's virtually impossible to communicate with BT unless you are prepared to wait hours to get through I was wondering whether anybody else had met this problem and solved it?
