Well I think you need someone to talk to, to explain to you what abusive behaviour looks like.
The only disturbing thing I find is disingenuous posters pretending that they're not being abusive by dressing up their abuse under the pretence of concern.
Additionally, you're not a disintereted bystander. You've been abusive before. It's expected that you'll be abusive again. So you're very much an involved participant.
