I have a buzzing boiler (it lasts for 1-2 mins), not too sure where the noise is coming from. The only way to shut the noise off is to hit it. Please help, driving me nuts

I have just had a new fan put in, but the noise started before this. I am hitting it near the bottom of the boiler
Could be gas valve solenoid if near the bottom on right hand side.

How much is this going to cost? could it not be the pressure regulator???
Depends whether it is the solenoid. Hard to pinpoint a noise over the internet.
