I would call it a "Tap and Die" Set for cutting thread.

The first few pics are of tap holders (which have a square end) and the next few are of taps, die stocks etc, all used for cutting male and female screw threads.
The last couple are of screwdriver bits to fit into a carpenters brace, plus a nail punch or two.
