In other words, what options are there of traps that can be recessed in the floor and are serviceable from above? She's at an age where she's losing her long hair so the trap needs frequent cleaning - yuk!
Obviously this depends on getting enough fall on the waste within the space between floor and the ceiling below then finding a way of getting it through the wall and joined to a soil pipe.... tall order? Anything to stop the whining.
