Can I cut this trellis to size?

Hi all,

The length Id like to trellis is 10foot, but if i have 2 panels it will come to 12 foot! Is there anyway this particular trellis can be cut to length? (it has a woven screen bottom half which I presume will be the most problematic bit).
What do you think? Do I have another option?

It's a fence panel (rather than trellis) - it can be cut down but it may look strange as you'll loose the flowing line of the trellis section. You'd need to reduce one panel only by 2' - what it's butting up to will govern which end you cut.

If you're getting it from Jewson the minimum order is 4 panels according to that link. It's also overpriced.

The only way you're going to get 2 panels to look good is to trim 6" from each side of both imo.

also you will need at least a 2x2" support at the joint around 2.4-3.3m long dependant on what its fixed too as you need at least two anchor points on trellis and fence/wall
