Can nest be installed to control a Vailliant combi boiler ecoTECpro28?

Sorry for yet another Nest installation question but before i pay out for the kit i would like to know if its compatible with my boiler.

Current setup:-

Vailliant combi boiler ecoTECpro28.

Vailliant 350 wireless controller.

Your safe, going to leave the connections to someone who knows what they doing, just wanted to know if it would work before i ordered it. It looks like it's only 5 wires but still not risking it.
