Hi yes it's a flat i'm on the ground floor and it was built in the 1930's as far as i know,as you can see in the photos it is brown like paper bag and has seams i'm worried it may contain asbestos ?

I live downstairs not sure what they have up there but i don't think so,this brown type paper bags contain something like loose insulation or something that is dark in color

The only course of action I can advise is to leave it well alone and get a professional to tell you either way if it does contain asbestos.

it looks a bit like wood wool. pluck a bit out and see if it burns.

I see you did not take the good advice not to interfere with suspected asbestos. In a 1930's flat it might well be.
