They are the default user and engineer codes , if the engineer code does not work then it’s locked and needs replacing

Panels discontinued so it’s either new old stock or second hand.
Or a chip reader or similar or attempting to default the nvm by shorting not something one recommends.

Hi guys, I have a similar problem, I don't know the alarm brand but from your pictures seems the same alarm, I bought my house in February 2023, and I never use properly the alarm, because is very difficult to set up, sometimes is so easy just put the code and go away sometimes doesn't work.... and now my panel show me this(picture) any help please to set up properly? Any guess wich alarm is it?? Thank you so much

Either ….display has gone or it’s lost the data connection to the keypad ….or it’s gone faulty
