I think it is highly unlikely that you will be able to find spares these days.
Wylex is not compatible, even though they do physically look similar.

Isnt Centaur a CEF own brand?(usually trunking/conduit etc sold under this brand) so there might be a good place to start
Proteus may be a good bet then, ask at a CEF branch though...
