Hi

Advised need please I am changing a bathroom extrator fan Like for Like do I need it to be certificated?

If you mean, do you need to notify building controls?
No you don't like for like (providing no alterations to the circuit is being made) it is not notifiable.
At a push, a minor works certificate could be made out, for replacing equipment like for like, but don't often happen.
