Simple task, just put a replacement bulb into the top oven on our AEG DCE73110M unit.
Handbook says to just prise the cover off by using something like a spoon and fitting it into the indentation on the lower edge.
Problem !
As the photo shows, ours does not have an indentation on the lower edge, it is flush all round.
So .... how do I remove the cover ?
Thanks

That lens, looks identical to our two, but a Stoves, and one at either side. If the same, the lens springs into place. If it seems immovable, tap it with a bit of wood, to free it, then use a flat screwdriver under the lip.

Lamp is probably an SBC. Make sure the replacement states it is 240v - the EU ones intended for 230v do not survive long, and that it is an oven lamp too. If the old lamp breaks whilst trying to unscrew it, use a wine cork to unscrew the base.

Last time I replaced one of these, it was SES. And don't forget, it needs to be "oven" rated: 300⁰.
