A statement is redundant if the person then goes on to say the opposite. Saying that someone who has been murdered 'brought it on themselves' for expressing views that weren't 'nice', and then calling for the US President to also be 'gotten rid of', leaves no room for doubt as to what she meant.

I'm hoping that her obviously intense interest in US affairs means she's a frequent visitor, because I can guarantee that next time she tries she'll be in a jail cell before she knows it, quickly followed - if she's lucky - by a plane ride home.

Charlie Kirk was the right wing version of George Floyd.
Both were not very nice people.
When Floyd was killed, the Left elevated a common criminal to the status of Martyr because he was killed by the Police.
Likewise Kirk made a lucrative career out of demeaning women and ethnic minorities for the entertainment of his supporters.
He dismissed gun deaths in America as a price worth paying for the right to own a gun.
When he gets shot and killed , he then becomes a Martyr for free speech.
