You havn't explained what you want to be doing, do you just need to remove the old one and replace it with a new one of the same or do you want to fir a new one?

When removing the lighter you must disconnect the battery because there is usually a permanent live going to it. Once done, the part that is fitted to the car can be undone safely.

The centre part that the lighter element slides into, rotates around and screws into another part that secures it to the facia, imagine a tin can sitting inside another. You will need to gain access to the rear of the lighter body.

There is a spade connector behind the facia that connects to the lighter at the side, this provides the earth, and a bullet connector that connects to the centre that provides the live. Remove these. Once removed you can from behind the facia rotate the outer can as if you are undoing a screw this will then start releasing the inner can from the outer one until it comes apart, you may have to support the inner can during this operation. Retrieve the outer can from behind the facia and the inner can from the front of the facia and it is removed. some of the lighter have a light attached so this will need to be disconnected as well.

Not knowing the SEAT, how much of the facia that will have to be removed to gain access to the rear of the lighter you will have to judge, it may be as simple as removing the ashtray.
