Clock on oven is flashing when any power comes on

Hi,

We had a double oven installed in feb this year by my friends dad (Qual sparky).

But over the last 2 weeks or so the clock has been ever so slight flashing or like a pulse action.

And say for example we use the hob (connected to it) it gets more rapid, but even when the boiler is switched on ait does the same thing.

The oven is on its own circuit and the only thing is the double oven and the hob.

its 10mm going from CU a cooker switch and then from that into a cooker outlet point and both the hob and oven are connected

Oven is 4.3kw and Hob is 6.4

Any ideas what might be causing this?

My friends dad is on holiday atm so cannot ring him
