Hi. I am thinking of getting a combination boiler installed. Just need some advice really.
At the moment i have a back boiler. I am told that i wont be able to use my fire what is attached to this. Is this correct?
Also, would i have to have my back boiler removed?
Anyone know what sort of prices i should be looking at paying?
One more question :D . Do i need to get a new shower? (at the moment its an electric one, not very powerful).

cheers...
:)

up to you if you wan't to ;)

In the London area it would be about £1600-£2600 typically assuming the house has to be converted to mains fed and a cylinder removed.

You must check your mains water flow rate is adequate and that normally means a minimum of 15 litres per min to an open pipe.

Be aware filling a bath takes 10-15 minutes with a combi !!!
