I'm extremely tempted to buy a launderette to convert into a house. The planning permission is already approved.
The launderette has a few machines on the ground floor, and three beds upstairs.
I'm guessing I'd have to remove the machines and repipe the entire ground floor. Does anyone know how much that would cost?
Has anyone done something like this before and could tell me what other work I could expect when converting a launderette into a home?
