I dont know if anyone has ever boon to court where someoneis being tried for a serious crime, its an absolute farce, every now and then the judge will ask the jusr to leave and have a discussion with the defence and prosecution to see if the next bit of evidence is relevant and should actually be mentioned - the judge has the final say. Well to me EVERYTHING should be said in front of the jury since its them that have to decide if the accused is innocent or guilty but how can they do this if half of the evidence is held back from them? I suspect that this is the case in the above link.
