Hi
Currently halfway through a conservatory being built and would like some advice please:
The brickwork is all done but with the last 2 weeks of rain the insulation wadding in the cavity wall is now soaking, likewise the concrete floor (this is under approx an inch of water).
Seeing as how the windows and roof are going on next week, should the company fitting it make sure the floor and cavity insulation are bone dry first?
They will be laying "Cosee floor" and I don't see how they can if the floor is wet/damp.
Thanks for your advice.
