Hi,
I'm about to put up a (6x8 foot approx.) metal shed in my garden and want to lay a concrete base for it. The area where I plan to put it has soil there at the moment. Do I just need to dig down, put a wooden frame in and pour concrete in ? Should I put hardcore / sand in first ???
How deep do I need to dig down and what depths of cement / sand / hardcore (or whatever !) do I need ?
Please excuse my ignorance here - I've never laid concrete before and want to make sure it lasts !
Any tips gratefully received.
Cheers,
Mark

Cheers for the link Masona. Looks like I'm OK to just dig down, line with Visqueen and pour the concrete in.
Thanks again,
Mark
