Concrete under concrete

I started to lift an inherited greenhouse base which was 4mm concrete sloping to a drain. I wanted to put a shed on it with gravel grids and I wanted to re route the drain to a fence border.

But Ive found concrete under concrete and now don't know what to do for a shed base.

The sewer drain frequently got blocked with silt and mud run off. I once had a sewer drain blockage at front which caused it to overflow at back. I was going to keep access to this drain somewhere else.

You ain't trying to do that by hand? That wouldn't work!
You need a electric concrete breaker.
About £50 for the day and use with the pointed tool vs spade end.
Couple of hours work but stop every 30 mins to rest and assess.
Breaker gets hot.
Real easy work though to break up.
Take back next day for 9 ish and just pay for the day.
Probably need a small skip and chuck in.
You can buy concrete breakers for about £150 but not worth it in my opinion.

Yeah I knew it was thin concrete so I wanted to see what was under it. I'll look at hiring a demolition breaker to do one weekend.
