Question.
Just had the boiler serviced by Worcester Bosch Engineer (Greenstar 18i), but he tells me that my accredited (WB) installer, as made a pigs ear of the condensate drain.
It drops internally in the garage (boiler in garage) outside and into a soak away. The problem is the soak away is just a 100mm tube filled with decorative pebbles not lime chips.
Alternatively I could easily drop the external pipe (32MM) into a very close soil drain.
Is this acceptable or do I get a proper soak away and lime chippings.!
Obvious the 32mm pipe would have to be underground into the soil, would it freeze..!
