Condensate pipe from boiler

Jon, you seem like a very angry person! In fact you sound like you don't get much business, hence the need for your stupid immature insults, am I right? I never for once said it was an emergency. I never said I had any leaks either, read my post carefully and you'll see I was being hypothetical saying "worse case..." and I'm sorry I didn't mention that this could easily be resolved.
I quote you saying that what I'm doing affects the safety of the boiler. How so? Dare disclose? Is it because you think I may hold you liable for some incorrect advice you give? I'm more likely to take advice from a professional body like HHIC, so please tell them what they've written is BS!

In case you forgot to read the part that says that the condensate was being discharged into the waste pipe already and now has simply been taken out to relocate...I'm not installing a new boiler. That has already been done (by a GSR pro). ..Sheesh.
Not only are you a "gestapo" as a poster mentioned on here but you are a typical jobsworth, the kind we are unfortunately seeing too much of these days. I'd love to see where you got your plumbing credentials from, no doubt you just did a little bit of training here and there. Because you obviously feel you're more superior than everyone else! (y)

Obviously wrong forum to come onto, I'm sorry. Seems like nobody knows what the correct answer is. I'm pretty sure it's for ppl to work on their own diy projects? Not just for professionals to ask other professionals for advice?! Or are the decent guys the ones who don't post anything, or when they do they actually offer some useful advice for a relatively easy diy issue?
Maybe I should go elsewhere and ask a real professional for some advice then.:mrgreen: In the meantime I suggest you join an anger management forum!

You've had advice but it seems it wasn't to your liking. You may eventually find someone who gives you the answer they want but does that mean it's correct? Unlikely but if it makes you feel better ....
