just a quickie- on the condensing boilers - is there a pipe connected to the flueway that allows the condensate to collect and run out of the condensate pipe?
mine has a plastic pipe draining to the outside. not sure it comes from a flue-way, as you put it, as its inside the boiler. do you mean where within the boiler does the pipe originate, or do u mean how is the condensate handled in general?
the bit with the black rubber seal goes on the back of the heat exchanger, the bit to the right is the top and connects to the flue. the small pipe on the right connects to the condense trap
