Condensation from condensing boilers

I have condensate leaking from the outlet pipe onto the pebbledash outside wall of my house. Does this need attention, or should I leave it? I understand that cement & concrete are affected by this condensate

is it dripping from the flue, or the pressure relief?

Thank you very much John D for your reply. I'm attaching 2 photos. No, the flue doesn't appear to be dripping & the markn dries out when the sun shines on it, but is leaving a whiteish deposit. //www.diynot.com/network/Dakers/albums/

Whatever it is it wants sorting as it will cause damp and eventually blister your stucco off.

From where the leak is, it seems to suggest that the condensate pipe has actually come adrift at a join somewhere between the boiler and the outside wall....
Does the rest of the pipe have any fall? From the pic it seems to rise slightly.
