Connection ptz controller

Need help how to connect a ptz controller to a dvr and camera this a diy project
Do I just connect the camera to dvr as normal ?
And then connect camera to controller?
Got a floureon dvr and this controller

You connect it to the camera ..and set the cameras ptz info …eg ….camera address 0-254 , protocol….pelco …
