Ptz advice

Hello!

Could someone advise if these cameras would be compatible with this dvr please?

The camera information specifically states that the dvr needs to be compatible with ahd cameras - this is an acronym I'm not familiar with.

Also please could I ask for help in selecting the correct cable?

I was planning to run cat5 and using baluns, but if people think copper 75ohm shotgun and separate ptz power in alarm cable would be better? I'd rather not sacrifice image quality for the sake of a few quid on cable.

Will be ok as its pelco P /D on the ptz
but this dvr does not support AHD the newer dvrs Do but you have to select the AHD at boot up

Will the image quality be compromised?

I have the option at this stage on both dvr, camera and cable so I would welcome your thoughts!

Cable .... If it's not a long run cat5 ok copper not CCA
Camera .... 720 ok but 1080 better
Dvr hikvision Ds 7204huhi-f1/n supports AHD cameras plus 3 megapixel TVI cameras
Dvr Hikvision Ds 7204hqhi-f1/n supports AHD
