The attached picture is of a 2pin connector going to the t4 tubes under the kitchen wall cabinets. I am looking to fit the led strips which come with a transformer. i will need to go into the transformer from this 2 pin, can you buy these connectors separately and make a 2 pin to normal 3pin for the transformer to plug into?

If you've got plugin wall wart transformers then they're going to look very ugly under your cupboards. And putting a 3 pole socket on the end of a 2 core cable is a big do not do it.

That piece of cable must connect to a fixed power circuit somewhere- possibly a spur, possibly a socket- that's where you want to put your transformer.

LED strips never come with a transformer, as transformers being AC devices would damage LEDs which require DC. They come with DC power supplies.
