conservatory wall leaking between window and brick wall

the conservatory is leaking where the glazing meets the brick wall please see pics, it was a used conservatory fitted by a friend of a friend who said he knew what he was doing, it is a single brick wall that the frame sits on other then that i have no more information please help if you can,

Most probably condensation, possibly with a bit of penetrating damp.

you would be better building a stud wall creating a cavity insulating and fitting duplex plasterboard.

ok thanks not sure what a stud wall is but will find out and if poss get fitted and hopefully it will sort things out thanks for all your help

You need to investigate after a period of rain, or 15 minutes with a hosepipe, to see if this is dripping in, or condensation running down the glass or frame.

If the installer has not put any/enough sealant between the cill and frame, then it can leak as pictured. Or similarly for the vertical frame section/mullion
