New board
Doesn't look very new.

How do you know that it's OK?

Needs a couple of blanking plates - dangerous as is.

Basically my current board has no room for future expansion
5 breakers that's it
I've been given a mk board with 10 odd breakers in it
And you'll only be able to use 5 of the positions in it, so you won't be gaining anything.

No when have I asked that
Indeed, you haven't asked about that.

Is that because you are fully aware of the RCD requirements, and therefore had no need to ask, or because you have no idea that there are RCD requirements?

Which ways in that obsolete CU do you think you can use for what?

Why only 5?

I think what ban is getting at, is that new installations/circuits/cu's require RCD protection. Only the breakers on the right of your new board are RCD protected.

You could Buy RCBO's (which are quite expensive), these are "breakers" and RCD's in one unit, to fit on the left side of the board. It would then comply with the RCD requirements. You could do this for your lighting circuits for example and maybe ring.
