If the cooker and hob are seprate and under 3Kw can i run them of the ring main, the cooker and hob may be pre wired.
if the above is true can i run a spur off for the ex/fan.
 
I wouldn't have thought running two high current appliances like that on a ring circuit is advisable, better to have them on their own circuit(s) if possible. Don't know what you mean by spur off for fan?
Installing a new circuit or installing any mains fixed wiring in a kitchen is notifiable to your LABC under part p of the building regs.
 
When you say "cooker" I have a feeling you mean "oven."

Some ovens can be plugged into a ring main with a 13A fused plug, provided there are not many other large current appliances on the same circuit.

Hobs generally take too much power to be plugged into a socket (except for very small ones designed for bedsits).

If you do not have a cooker circuit, have you got a gas point?
