Isolation should be accessible and obvious.
As an example, at my shop is a food prep room with an oven. There is a plain wall with nothing on it, except an isolator for the oven. It is not hidden inside the cupboards, or worse, behind them, or behind the oven. It is free from obstruction, and obvious, as per the wiring regs.
