One thing that has come out of all this the bias incompetence of WHO. They claim to be completely non political yet advised countries should continue to trade with China early in the outbreak. Also Taiwan told WHO about person to person transmission in December but completely ignored them (because of Chinas relation with them) & didn't even bother replying. They are completely in China's pocket financially & although I'm not a fan, I can see why Trump pulled funding (shortly followed by China increasing WHO's funding. Funny that.

It does appear that your whole argument is based on your comment about WHO advising countries to continue trading with China.
I would like to see some reference to this comment, perhaps on a news channel or similar. I'm not saying it didn't happen, I just want some other confirmation.

Read the public press conference. WHO said this in the same sentence that they advised people should continue flying in & out of China. Do you want me to find the date? It's an official statement, not hard to find.

Most of the rest of the world, including world leaders and commentators can see why incompetent Trump stopped his funding of WHO. None of the rest of the world pulled funding though. Funny that.

Show me where WHO asks countries not to trade or continue trading with China.

Last time I looked the USA was and still is Chinas largest trading partner.

The WHA, composed of representatives from all 194 member states, serves as the agency's supreme decision-making body. It also elects and advises an Executive Board made up of 34 health specialists.

It's a sort of branch of UN and the suggestion to form it came from the UN.

Much disgust from many members recently during a meeting when a certain country was more interested in calling a Chines Virus than doing anything constructive about it.

They called it a pandemic when the member states decided it was - politics again as usual as doing that is rather serious so blame the countries concerned. The experts as such just advise - sound familiar?
