Is there a table showing the csa of the phase and protective conductor for 1, 1.5, 2.5, 4, 6, 10?

For flat T&E cables, the sizes are usually:

1.0 / 1.0
1.5 / 1.0
2.5 / 1.5
4.0 / 1.5
6.0 / 2.5
10.0 / 4.0
16.0 / 6.0[/code:1]
Up to 2.5 solid core, 4.0 and above are stranded.
However cables have been made with other sizes, and stranded wires are also made in sizes below 4.0

Worth pointing out the implications are that it 'slightly' fails when on a 30A re-wireable fuse, and fails by quite some margin on a lot of the old type 4 breakers unless the zs is as low as a really low thing!
