Hello All
i recently had a new door fitted and frame in the back of my house and the new frame comes with a draft proof strip stuck to a seal that is about 3-5mm deeper than the frame.
i want to try and do this to my front door that is 100 years old and install the same stuff rather than using the p foam stuff.
my question is how can i router out a straight line.
what tools do i need as i have never used a router before.
i will practice on some other wood before i try the door frame
i understand that i will not be able to get right into the corners but i am quite good with a chisel so i can do up into the corners with a chiesel.
any advice would be great.
thanks all
