CUTTING PORCELAIN TILES

Whats the best gear for cutting large 600 x 300 porcelain tiles?? I have a Rubi flat bed cutter that struggles and a Rawplugs electric that just about copes but it takes a long time to effect a 600mm cut.

I had this problem a few months back.600 X 600mm porcelain tiles,could not use a manual cutter on them even a rubi.Had to all be wet cut.

Try a new cutting wheel in you rubi on some off cuts and a new disc in your wet saw,if the wet saw is only small may just not have the power for the job.

And for future reference, it's Rawlplugs. Rawl are a brand name, so if you don't buy Rawl, you buy Wall plugs. Now repeat after me, "Rawlplugs, wall plugs..."
