Cutting Porceline Tiles Around a Round Mosiac

I have a round mosiac as a centre piece for my kitchen, I need to cut arround it with an accurate and neat curved cut the diameter of the mosaic is 30cm, the tiles are 30cm x 30cm I was thinking take a curved cut out of 4 tiles... how could that be done accuratley??

Best way will be to take the four tiles to your nearest water jet cutters and have it done by them, probably worth having a quater circle cut out of 5 tiles so you have one to cover brakages.

If they are soft ceramics with a softish bisc then a roto-zip or dremel with tile cutting bit and a circle jig will do it quite well.
