Hi All

I went to look at a house on Saturday and the walls were damp around the coving, and wall paper peeling high up. Looked like damp in 5 spots in back bedroom.

I asked to go in loft and could see daylight though the lining in multiple places. Roof seems to have been done in 2023 with 35 year guarantee.

Main question is does this look right from inside and out? Hoping to go back with a builder, but would like an idea of what’s going on so I know what questions to ask.

Cheers everyone

I would have expected to see the valley felt in a line following the valley itself....

Thanks for the reply. Hoping this is a simple fix, but there’s multiple valleys and they all look like the same workmanship and worried I’ll get into a money pit.

Much appreciate!
