Hi chaps

I just got some dark grey undercoat from bnq and have done my backdoor both sides its a nice color but I didnt know they gave me just undercoat lol, so I now need a good dark grey satin paint to finish, (the same color they are doing on new builds windows). The undercoat I have used is weathershield but I dont see a dark grey finish so now looking at a Ronseal: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ronseal-WPGS750-Weatherproof-Finish-Exterior/dp/B00WZPXUR8

Please can someone tell me a good dark grey to finish off my door, also for ref I am also painting my kitchen cupboards dark grey thanks a lot.

Should be OK.
Try the mixed to match range in store rather than standard premixed colours a lot bigger choice.

Using the RAL Noch7 has given a Trade centre will be able to match that colour exactly.

Most brands of paints are available in thousands of different colours. The retailer simply adds universal pigment to the paint to provide the required colour. Makes sense given that the store wouldn't want to hold x amounts of tins of a given colour that someone might never purchase.

When buying paints i would recommend going to a decorators' merchant rather than a DIY shed or the likes of Amazon. The prices are often cheaper and you are more likely to end up with the trade version of the paint than the retail version.

Hi chaps
anthracite grey RAL 7016 is reall good, I have done my kitchen cupboards and backdoor this color but I wanted something a little darker more gun grey for my window frames outside...is there something darker than what I already have below for this? thanks all...

Just Google "RAL colours"- remember that colours on screen are red/green/blue whereas the printed colours are CMYK. Alternatively, pop down to a decorators' merchant and look at the colour swatches.

The main advantage of RAL is that it can be replicated in most brands of paint.
