I need them to butcher in order to make my own for upcoming uni mayhem,...

Works of what??? Plumbing, electrics, flooring, painting, building, paving, gardening, plastering, tiling, lining????

All of the above,.. Its for when we carry out an inspection on a building thats in bad nick, so it could be anything from the most minor to full blown activity.
